Double chocolate pancakes


CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate morsels
Sift together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine eggs and milk; add flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Add melted butter and chocolate morsels, stirring just until combined.For each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons batter onto a hot lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Yield: 18 (4 inch) pancakes.
