yesterday was hectic...

I took Zane to the movies with a couple of friends to see the Toy Story double feature and thus forgot to post a blog. Sometimes when I have something sitting around that needs to be made and I am looking for some inspiration I cruise the internet. Last year I cam across this recipe for butternut & sausage penne. OMGoodness people do yourself something nice and make this. Today it is raining here and so it is a perfect autumn day for something like this. I think I may make this tomorrow for dinner. I have to make something with leftover rotisserie chicken, maybe chicken & green chili enchalada's? Anyways, happy Monday and let me know what you think of this recipe.
