Making homemade fresh corn tortilla's is as easy as pie! Who knew it could be so easy & so good.
2 c. corn masa
1. 1/8 c water
cast iron pan
cast iron tortilla press
Mix masa & water together. Roll dough into 1.5" balls & cover with plastic wrap. Line the tortilla press with plastic wrap. Take one ball of dough and press. Flip into a heated non greased cast iron skillet heat for 30 seconds each side. Put onto plate and cover to keep pliable & warm. Serve right away with fajitas or tacos.
