Yummy.....
I first saw the creamy edamame risotto recipe in Food & Wine magazine. I made it for a supper club that we had at the time. It is splendid in all of it's creamy glory. Who knew that adding some Laughing Cow cheese and some beer to rice and edamame could produce something so wonderful. It is easy as well! The wedge salad is one of my family favorites. When I used to do wine tasting parties I TIVO'ed Pairings with Andrea on the Fine Living network and she did this salad and I knew I had to try it! I also brought that one along to the supper club gals with rave reviews. I bought the fluer de sel at Williams Sonoma and it has lasted for a few years, (I also chose the red Hawaiian salt for color.) but at around $20.00 a jar it is an investment. I know that my postings are somewhat random. I am trying to post 1 reciepe a day and hopefully will inspire some great menus.
